Flight DT-655, left Porto at 10.14am CET, circa. 60 nm (69 miles) south east of Lisbon, when flight crew were alerted about the missing ground worker last seen handling cargo on the aircraft and presumed to be trapped in the cargo bay according to the Aviation Herald.
As the missing ground crew member was loading passengers pets, the hold would have been 'background heated' in flight, to ensure the safety and comfort of the flying pets. However the TAAG commander diverted the flight to Lisbon where, after a rapid descent, the aircraft landed 18 minutes later.
